When this piece won a spot in the Artwell Gallery show, I was happy. When it won the Fleet Bank Award at that show, I was thrilled.
Like almost all of my larger works, it combines mythology, archeo-astronomy and more than a little surrealism. It is also part of a larger series of pieces which, when placed together, form a calendar of sorts.
